In a world where so much time is spent sharing spaces with other people, our home is often the one place we have to call our own. A sanctuary is a place of refuge or safety, a nature reserve, or a holy place. This is how I like to approach my design projects – by turning spaces into sanctuaries. To see some of my prior work visit Sanctuary Maker. “Your house is your larger body.
It grows in the sun and sleeps in the stillness of the night;
and it is not dreamless.
Does your house dream?
and dreaming, leave the city for grove or hill-top?”

I believe people undeniably need feedback loops. We also have most of the answers we’ll ever need within us – regarding how to thrive, not just survive. But part of the human condition is to possess blind spots and subjective narratives that can hold us back from positive change. Life purpose, identifying harmful patterns, life/work balance, coping mechanisms, and personal goals are major themes in the work we can do together. Clients set the agenda.
Through coaching, I now work with entrepreneurs, creatives, females, and within the realm of mental illness and substance abuse, but these are not limited client profiles for me. I seek to work with whomever I believe I can help to manage all the stimuli, demands and desires of life.
I studied coaching at Columbia University and NLP-based coaching via Erickson and Bennett Stellar. To book a 15-minute informative session or full hour session, in person or via phone, email me at email@example.com with “Life Coach Appointment” in the subject line, or even simpler – visit our “Workshops + Retreats” page and sign up and pay for a single session.
